Selection of your at-home bilingual nanny
The Speaking-agency recruitment process has been set up by professionals from human resources. Audited by the Director of Labour on the occasion of obtaining of our quality certification, it takes place in 5 steps.
1st step: find the best candidates
Our dedicated communication department searches in France but also around the world to find the best profiles for future baby-speakers. They develop in particular, partnerships with foreign University who are then able to offer employment to their students who wish to pursue their studies in France.
2nd step: the preselection
We call on candidates who applied online for a first interview and check if they meet the conditions of employability of Speaking-agency.
- Are they employable? Nationality, Visa necessary depending on their status
- Do they have significant experience with children?
- Their language-level: are they satisfactory?
- Are they sufficiently available for our families?
- Are they motivated?
3rd step: the selection
The selection interview takes place at the agency's headquarters. Our recruitment managers pass through a maintenance record to validate the following points:
Their general motivation to work with children and for an agency like Speaking agency. We seek to understand what leads them to want to work as nanny, that represents for them the responsibility of the childcare profession and if they are aware of the essential qualities for a successful childcare.
The experience they have in contact with children. Each experience is detailed; we analyze the tasks that have been specifically assigned to them and ask references for each.
Their work at home. The goal is to define what they will build in families in which they will intervene and with children they have dependents. We urge the discussion on the concept of "good authority".
Some scenarios are proposed to them to test their reactions to apprehend them know to face concrete cases, their assessment of the time given to play games / exchange with a child, management of the authority or faced the emergency.
4th step: checking references
Our human resources team starts checking references provided by the candidate, if he has spent the previous steps successfully.
5th step: the meeting with the family
This is the final stage of selection. This time it is you who confirms our choice during an interview with our candidate! 95% of meetings with families are successful and leads to a start of benefits.
