Our selection process has been designed to put you in contact with the best teachers. Our expertise relies on :

- A strict management of the applicants by our HR staff used to dealing with more than 15 000 applications every year through various stages (prescreening, phone calls, interviews)
- The practice of competitive pay to secure the teachers' loyalty
Your English teacher ? A qualified English-speaking teacher
Our selection process allows us to hire native teachers (English-speaking teachers, German-speaking teachers etc.) who have proven to have teaching experience : whether it be teaching at a school or private lessons, or a teaching diploma (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA).
They meet the requirements of the student's school program, but also wish to make learning English pleasant by sharing their culture and their experience from abroad.
The selection of our teachers allows us to offer lessons 100% in immersion : students overcome the language barrier without dreading mistakes or mockery.
Whether it be private English lessons or in an other foreign language : the language is taught as a « tool » to gain knowledge and not as a mere school subject.
